Terms & Conditions

Payment: You will be required to submit the total cost listed above within immediate effect. The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to any delegate who has not paid the attendance fee in full by the time of the event. Payment may not be accepted in person at the event.

Travel: Delegates remain responsible for all their own travel costs and arrangements.

Delegates: Only named and pre-registered delegates may participate in the event. All delegates are responsible for their own insurance (including, but not limited to, travel, personal effects and personal insurance), for their vaccinations and, where applicable, for visas.

Cancellation: The delegate shall not cancel this Agreement at any time except with the express written agreement of the Organiser. Where the cancellation is accepted more than 28 days ahead of the event, the attendance fee shall be refunded in full less a 20% administration fee. No refund shall be made 28 days or fewer ahead of the event.

General: No delegate may transfer or assign any of the rights or obligations of this agreement (in whole or part) without the express consent of the organiser. The working language of the event is English. Photovoltaics International is a wholly owned brand of Semiconductor Media Ltd, registered in England No. 5758671 / VAT No. 882 1244 29.

Jurisdiction: This agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with English law and each party irrevocably agrees that the courts of England will have the non-exclusive jurisdiction to deal with any disputes.
